This 1 hr session covers the basics of starting or developing an “early stages” business including:
– motivation and vision
– the 4 phases of development
-3 legs every entrepreneur must know.

You’ll also get an introduction to the Start-up Business Advisor service (new to the Kootenays) and the Self-Employment Program (a landmark program over 30yrs old), delivered by Community Futures Central Kootenay and Community Futures South Kootenay.

There will be time for an optional 30 minute Q&A at the end of the session
