FAMILY SHOW. FREE EVENT!

No tickets required – seats are first come first serve.

The Bailey Theatre joins in the Spooktacular fun on Sat. Oct. 24 with a free spooky story show to excite the whole family on your trick or treat trail.

Get ready for a Halloween show full of laughter, amazement, and a little spooky fun!

Silly Spooky Story Time is a 30-minute, family-friendly show packed with comedy and plenty of audience participation.

Improv theatre group, Thousand Metre Theatre, will read out spooky children’s tales, while the others improv their way through acting out the story. With just a few props and their imaginations the group will bring out the silly and playful sides of the stories!

A different show will be told and acted out for each show!

Thousand Metre Theatre is Rossland’s premier (and only, that we know of!) improv theatre group. With a small but mighty lineup, they create fully improvised theatre from the belief that improv can be dramatic, funny, emotional, abstract, or sometimes just downright weird. Perfect for family Halloween fun!

Doors Open at 10:30 pm

Shows at 11am, 12pm, and 1pm. Come for one or all 3 to see and hear these silly and spooky tales!

Presented by Trail & District Arts Council, in conjunction with the City of Trail’s Spooktacular, this show is supported by Teck Trail Operations.

This show is part of Spooktacular, a city wide fun for all ages event including music, market, activities and more! Costumes are encouraged.

Join us downtown at The Bailey Theatre for the show at 1:00 pm and on Helena St. and Esplanade Ave. for more spooky fun from 11 am to 3 pm.
